Job Description
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions that drive business value and operational efficiency
- Build and integrate AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and modern AI frameworks
- Architect scalable AI platforms and cloud-native solutions utilizing Azure Public Cloud services and MLOps best practices
- Develop robust APIs, automation frameworks, and reusable AI services that accelerate adoption across multiple teams
- Establish AI engineering standards for model evaluation, prompt engineering, governance, observability, and responsible AI practices
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use cases
- Mentor engineers and champion AI innovation, automation, and continuous improvement throughout the organization
- Ensure AI solutions meet performance, reliability, security, and compliance requirements in production environments
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
