AI Engineer

   Contribute to the technical design, development and implementation of AI-powered applications and services, with a specific focus on Agentic AI, aligned with strategic business priorities.

·Develop and test assigned AI agents, prompt flows, API services, tool integrations, and workflow automations.

·Work with senior consultants, technical product managers and other stakeholders to translate product requirements and user stories into technical specifications and actionable development tasks.

·Design, develop, and deploy AI agents to automate tasks, improve decision-making, and enhance user experience.

·Integrate AI agents into existing systems and workflows, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.

·Participate in knowledge sharing with team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation in Agentic AI.

·Follow engineering best practices for development process, ensuring adherence to coding standards, testing protocols, and deployment procedures.

·Support the implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure AI infrastructure components.

·Troubleshoot defects, integration issues, model behavior concerns, and production support items.

·Evaluate and prototype emerging AI technologies and frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

·Stay current with advancements in AI and Agentic AI and continuously build technical capability.

·Participate in cross-functional collaboration across HCA business functions, IT, and enterprise product teams.

·Apply responsible and ethical AI practices into solution development, including guardrails, evaluation checks, and human-in-the-loop considerations.

·Participate in code reviews, team discussions, documentation, and Agile ceremonies.

·Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.”
