Job Description
· Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge generative AI models using state-of-the-art techniques such as General Adversarial Networks (GANs), variational autoencoders (VAEs), and reinforcement learning.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, research requirements, and develop innovative solutions.
· Optimize model performance through experimentation, hyperparameter tuning, and advanced optimization techniques.
· Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in generative AI, deep learning, and related fields, and incorporate new techniques and methods into the team's workflow.
· Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation of generative AI models, processes, and results.
· Communicate complex concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Provide support and guidance to other team members, and contribute to a positive, collaborative working environment.
· Lead the development and deployment leveraging large language models (LLMs) , MCP Server and agentic frameworks such as MAF, Autogen or CrewAI.
· Oversee cloud deployments, containerization, and orchestration of AI models to ensure scalability and reliability.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
· Strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, NLP, and deep learning, with a focus on generative models.
· Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex Gen AI, and AWS LLM foundational models, BERT, Transformers, PaLM, Bard, etc.
· Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience (3 - 6 years) with various Python packages (like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras, etc.).
· Demonstrated experience with generative AI techniques, including GANs, VAEs, and reinforcement learning.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand and adapt to new concepts and technologies.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
· Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
· Experience with leading LLMs and agentic frameworks such as Autogen or CrewAI.
· Experience with cloud deployments, containerization, and orchestration of AI models.
