Job Description
- Design, lead, build and operate the agentic infrastructure of the full autonomous upgrade pipeline from design through production.
- Own the self-healing loop — design failure detection, root cause analysis, and targeted recovery mechanisms.
- Define and implement the inter-agent state management layer enabling seamless phase-to-phase handoffs.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for agent updates with version control, staged rollouts, and rollback.
- Establish agent observability — dashboards, alerting, SLA tracking, and failure rate monitoring.
- Define human escalation thresholds: the precise confidence boundaries at which agents stop and escalate to the team.
- Design agent quality gates — pass/fail criteria for each pipeline phase before downstream execution.
- Mentor and coach team to develop AI maturity across upgrades
- Partner with the AI Validation Specialist to integrate quality feedback loops into agent retraining.
- Collaborate with the Delivery Manager on roadmap prioritisation, scaling milestones, and capacity planning.
- Stay current on LLM capabilities, agentic frameworks, and AI infrastructure patterns — continuously evolve the platform
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team and broader cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful AI initiatives and achieve optimal organizational outcomes.
