Job Description
- Design, develop, test, and maintain machine learning models for business and operational use cases.
- Work with structured and unstructured data, including data preparation, feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with product, business, and operations stakeholders to translate textile-industry challenges into measurable AI/ML solutions.
- Build reliable data and model pipelines and document experiments, assumptions, results, and deployment considerations.
- Analyse model outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to responsible and scalable production implementation.
- Act as a communication bridge between the Director and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Track key projects, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of action items.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and business documentation for leadership review.
- Assist in client communication, relationship management, and business correspondence.
- Coordinate travel plans, meetings, events, and business visits whenever required.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather business insights to support strategic decisions.
- Maintain records, confidential information, and important business documents with accuracy and discretion.
- Support process improvement initiatives and help streamline operational workflows.
- Take ownership of special assignments and cross-functional projects as directed by leadership.
