We are seeking an experienced Manual Tester with 5–8 years of experience to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manual testing practices and a solid understanding of application workflows. Exposure to SAP systems is a plus, especially for validating integrations and business processes in SAP-enabled environments.

Key skills required

Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to design detailed test scenarios and test cases.

Perform manual testing including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
Validate end-to-end business workflows across applications.
Execute test cases, capture results, and ensure requirement traceability.
Identify, log, and track defects using standard tools (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.).
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Perform data validation and backend testing where required.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production release cycles.
Participate in test planning, estimation, and status reporting.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing best practices.

Strong hands-on experience in manual testing with knowledge of STLC and SDLC.
Experience in test case design, execution, and defect management.
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, QC/ALM, TestRail).
Strong understanding of functional and integration testing.

Technical Skills

SAP (Good-to-Have)

Basic working knowledge or exposure to:
SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA
Understanding of SAP-integrated business processes
- Exposure to SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD) is an added advantage
